Welcome to StintziInsure. By accessing or using our website, services, or platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and StintziInsure ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.

StintziInsure provides an online platform that connects users with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and purchase insurance policies. Our Services include:

  • Insurance quote comparison tools for auto, home, health, life, medicare, and business insurance
  • Policy management dashboard for tracking and managing your coverage
  • Educational resources and guidance on insurance products
  • Customer support and claims assistance

We act as an intermediary between you and insurance carriers. We do not underwrite insurance policies or assume liability for coverage decisions made by insurance carriers.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

7.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
